Plas-Pro - the recycled, premium standard
A decking subframe is the structure that sits beneath your deck, keeping it supported and providing the base that your decking boards are attached to.
The key to a long lasting deck is a well constructed subframe comprised of high quality materials, set correctly in an appropriate foundation.
Plas Pro is Millboard’s premium 100% recycled subframe material and can be used alone or as part of our new DuoSpan landscaping subframe system. This all-weather, durable and flexible material is a non-rotting alternative to timber and is perfectly suited to spaces exposed to damp, such as jetties, pools, roof terraces and boardwalks.
What is Plas-Pro?
Plas-pro is made from 100% recycled plastic. By using selected graded materials and cleverly engineered processes, Plas-Pro provides key environmental benefits and the assurance of superior quality performance.

Plas-Pro 125 x 50mm Joist/Bearer
Designed to be used in conjunction with Plas-Pro 100 x 100mm Posts when installed over a soil/earth base.
Alternatively, it can be used in conjunction with the Duolift joist supports over a solid/stable base.
Dimensions: 125mm x 50mm x 3000mm
Plas-Pro 50 x 50mm Joist
Designed to be used with the DuoLift pedestal system when installed over a solid/stable substrate such as a concrete base.
Dimensions: 50mm x 50mm x 2400mm
Plas-Pro 60 x 30mm Batten
Designed to be used in low-level areas with a solid/stable base. Not to be raised with cradles.
Dimensions: 60mm x 30mm x 2800mm
Plas-Pro 100 x 100mm Post
Designed to be used in conjunction with Plas-Pro 125 x 50mm Joist/Bearers when installed over a soil/earth base.
Dimensions: 100mm x 100mm x 3000mm
Plas-Pro 25 x 100 Fascia Support
Designed to be used in conjunction with the Plas-Pro or DuoSpan subframe systems when creating curves, to support the edging and the Fascia Boards
